Pink/Blue areas: Regulated soil movement — USDA-approved facility required. Yellow areas: Limited Permit (PPQ 530) or Certificate (PPQ 540) required. Purple crosshatch: Past Mexfly outbreak history — susceptible to rapid quarantine establishment.
Quarantine Updates Change Rapidly
Mexfly quarantine boundaries can change within days of a new detection. AgrStak subscribes to the APHIS Stakeholder Registry to track updates. For binding compliance information, always verify with your APHIS State Plant Health Director.
